What is DataLicense HQ?

DataLicense HQ is a seller-side broker for company data. We figure out what your records are worth, take them to the buyers that fit and help you choose between offers. Nothing moves without your yes.

Why would an AI company pay for our data?

AI companies want to teach models how to do real work: follow a process, use business tools and make decisions. Your company's records show that work. Buyers pay to license it.

How fast do deals close?

Each buyer sets its own timing. The buyer confirms it in writing before you sign.

Who qualifies?

The usual bar is 20 or more people, 3 or more years of operating history and work that runs through software. Run the estimate above and we'll confirm the fit by email.

Do we keep ownership of our data?

You keep it. A license gives the buyer the right to use an agreed copy. Your originals stay yours, and the contract lists exactly what the buyer can and can't do.

Will anyone see our raw data?

Not unless you say so. The first conversations need no files. If you go ahead, the buyer tells you in writing who sees the data, how it gets prepared and what ends up in the final set.

How much could our company earn?

Buyers price on three things: what the data shows, how many years it covers and what they need this month. Public offers in this market sit between roughly $100K and $2M+ per company. We give you an estimate, never a promise.

Can a closed company still sell its data?

In many cases. Some buyers take records from closed or winding-down companies, as long as the files still exist and someone has the authority to sign.
